Shipping policy
We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
At this time we do not sell/ship outside of the United States.
Please note shipping timeframes do not include processing time.
We work to ship orders out the same day, or the next business day after payment has been processed and item availability. For items shipped from overseas, shipping can take up to 15-20 business days. Delays may occur when stock is low.
All orders are processed after payment verification. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays in the United States.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days.
Order may take up to 3 business days to ship around holidays, orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, and inventory days.
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
We are not responsible for exchange shipping costs when exchanging items for another size or item, if item Is available.
